Installation Steps
Box adhesive back plate
 
It's a very simple affixing operation between junction box and back sheet of PVmodule.
Making junction box facing down and injecting glue around the bottom of the junction box, Solder ribbons of PV module passed through sealing area.
The box body is aligned in the right place of the back sheet.
Bus welding
 Do not move the slotted
screwdriver, contacting the ribbon of PV-module with soldering iron tip,
remove the soldering iron until the tin layer melted, and remove the forceps
after tin curing.
Box filling
After the connection and assembly of the junction box and components, the inside part of the junction box must be injected with glue. The copper, diode and metal components inside of the junction box must be sealed with glue.
Install box lid
The box lids are placed above the junction box.
Press box lid down, The box lid in the right place when you hear "flap" sound obviously.
Notes
1、 Keeping the box body a horizontal state when cover the lid.
2、Do not tilt the junction box when complete.
3、Required when installing the lid place panels across in the air currents 10 hours till the silicon cures.
