This coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is very easy, so easy you can attempt it with your kids even at first try and you’ll be sure to nail it.
With Christmas in the air, now is definitely a good time to roll out tasty cookie recipes. Whether you’re treating the kids or hosting guests this holiday period, you just can’t go wrong with these bad boys. If you’re not keen on coconut, you can substitute it for Walnut, Pecan nuts or any kind of nut you so desire. You don’t have to use chocolate chip as well, you can leave it out altogether and make it plain or use white or dark chocolate or a combination of any two. This recipe should make 14-16 cookies.
