VEGETA COCOYAM FLOUR is made from freshly harvested cocoyam, sourced from the Eastern Part of Nigeria where a specie of cocoyam with higher binding and sticky property is grown
Vegeta Cocoyam Flour gives rich velvet, creamy mouth feel and adds body to soup, stew, sauce and porridge.

Direction for Use:
The easiest way to thicken soup, stew, sauce and porridge with VCF are:
1. Gently pour Vegeta Cocoyam Flour into hot water, stir and bring to desired thickening. Add the prepared slurry to the soup, stew, soup or porridge and allow to dissolve as the food cooks.
2. Add Vegeta Cocoyam Flour to cooking oil and dissolve, then stir properly until desired texture and consistency is attained. Add the prepared slurry to food and allow to dissolve as the food cooks.
APPLICATION: Each 100g of Vegeta Cocoyam Flour is equivalent of 420g of fresh cocoyam, sufficent for a pot of soup for 8.
